Ingredients
Scale:
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup whole milk
½ cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup whipped cream
Extra whipped cream for topping
Red and blue sprinkles for decoration
Fresh strawberry and blueberry slices for garnish
Strawberry syrup (optional)
Blueberry syrup (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Fruit: Rinse the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly under cold water. Hull the strawberries and chop them into smaller pieces. Set aside the fruits in separate bowls.
Blend the Milkshake: In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream and whole milk. Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
Add the Fruits: Add the chopped strawberries to the blender and pulse a few times. Optionally, blend in the blueberries for a more uniform color blend.
Assemble the Milkshake: Pour half of the milkshake into serving glasses. Add the blueberries on top, then pour the remaining milkshake mixture carefully over the blueberries.
Top and Serve: Generously add whipped cream to the top of each milkshake, then finish with sprinkles and garnish with fresh fruit slices.
