Circus Animal Rice Krispie Treats

Ingredients

• 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup Circus Animal cookies
• 1 cup colorful sprinkles
• 1 cup vanilla frosting (for drizzling)

Instructions

1. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by lightly greasing it with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat, then add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
4. Add Rice Krispies cereal to the melted mixture and mix until evenly coated.
5. Fold in Circus Animal cookies gently.
6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down firmly into an even layer.
7. Allow the treats to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for faster cooling.
8. Melt the vanilla frosting in the microwave until pourable and drizzle over the cooled treats.
9. Top with additional Circus Animal cookies and colorful sprinkles.
10. Cut into squares and serve or store for later enjoyment.
