1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup chopped vegetables
1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until fully blended.
Add the cottage cheese and milk to the eggs, mixing thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
