1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (preferably packed in oil)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
Place the boneless chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, heavy cream, ranch dressing mix, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring that each piece is coated generously.
Set your slow cooker to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
