2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, finely grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
8 small flour or corn tortillas
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced (optional)
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined. Add the chicken and coat well. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce: Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth and refrigerate.
